Artist Bio

Originally hailing from South Africa, I have lived and worked in the UK and the USA. I now reside in the South East of England.
I love being creative and adding a unique perspective to my work, in order to make each piece memorable.
Whilst in the US, I worked closely with Interior Designers and Home Staging companies to provide unique pieces for their clients.
Since returning to the UK, my work has been inspired by my roots and upbringing in South Africa. I love the multi-culture, the vibrancy, the positivity of the people and the beauty of landscape.

I incorporate the unique flora only found in South Africa into a lot of my work. I also use traditional Shweshwe cloth in my paintings. Shweshwe is a printed dyed cotton fabric widely used for traditional Southern African clothing.
My paintings are bright and bold – and are sure to add personality and colour to any part of your home.

Most recently, I have extended my work into the homewares arena – using my original artworks on scatter cushions, tea towels, placemats and tableware.
I also make original handpainted ceramic pieces, including tableware, crockery, vases, platters and sculptural pieces.

I also run a small Mobile Arts & Crafts business- “Let’s Get Creative”

I believe that everyone should be able to have affordable original art in their homes
